Terms and
conditions of membership to CCM Owners Group
The membership to the CCM
Owners Group is for a 12 month period, and any member privileges will expire
at the end of the 12month period unless payment for the renewal of the
membership is received within 21 days of the expiry. Full membership
privileges will continue for this 21 day period.
Any special offers and discounts for members offered by third party
companies are negotiated on behalf of the members, and can be amended or
withdrawn at any time by the third party companies. CCM Owners Group can in
no way be held responsible for continuing such offers, nor for any losses
suffered as a result of changes to or withdrawal of offers. Any complaints
or queries should be taken up directly with the third party company.
Offers made on behalf of CCM Owners Group are subject to appropriate funding
being received from membership subscriptions or sponsors, to finance any
activities. This extends to merchandise, as well as services and events.
Should any funding be withdrawn, we reserve the right to amend any
membership privileges as necessary. CCM Owners Group can in no way be held
responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the amendment or
withdrawal of membership privileges.
As a member, you are required not to disclose your membership information to
others for the purpose of them taking advantage of membership privileges.
Should we find that you have disclosed information for this purpose, we
reserve the right to withdraw your membership in full and no refund of your
membership subscription will be made. Furthermore, suppliers who have
offered discounts or special offers to members will be advised of the
withdrawal of your membership.
You details, ie username and general location, eg Lancashire, will be added
for other paid members to search for ride outs. Should you wish your details
NOT to be included here, please email us at info@ccmowners.co.uk and we will
remove your information.
Email addresses will be passed on to sponsors of CCM Owners Group strictly
for the purpose of advising members of special offers available to them.
