Information You Provide us
This section covers, forms, emails and
all instances when you provide information directly to us.
Competitions - All contact
information requested on on-line forms is used to gather information required to
process the winning entries. We reserve the right to publish the name/username
and location (but not the full address) of the winner on the website or in the
forum. We also provide the competition sponsor with the name and address of the
winner.
Photograph Submissions - Any photographs we receive either through our
online forum or by direct email to info@ccmowners.co.uk, by sending them to us,
you have agreed for us to publish them on the website at any time. We will not
modify photographs other than resizing them, changing the file format or adding
titles.
Directory Advertising - All
details on submission forms for the CCM Owners Group directories will be
published in the directories, with the exception of the contact name which we
will use for our own records if we need to contact you. If you do not wish
certain details to be published please let us know.
If you want to know what information we
hold about you as an individual or as a company, please email us and we will
respond within 7 days with full information. Generally this will be only
information which you have submitted to us.
Advertisers / External Links
In all instances, we do not display the
details of any company not wishing to be included in our site. Should your
business information be on this site against your wishes, please contact us to
let us know. This includes any features, promotions and external links. We may
on occasion use outside ad companies to display ads on our site in which case
the authorisation lies with the ad company and the banner advertiser.
CCM Owners Group takes no responsible for
the content of Web sites which are linked to or from our site. Neither can we
verify the accessibility of any external websites. We will only take action
against Offensive or Obscene materials published on our user sites hosted
directly on our servers.
Forums
CCM Owners Group has public access areas
for example the forums. Whilst these are monitored by Administrators, we are not
responsible for any content. We reserve the right to remove or edit messages
posted in the forum, should they cause offence to any users. If a user takes
offence at anything in the forum, we also reserve the right NOT to take action.
Please remember that any information that is published in these areas becomes
public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to publish your
personal information such as email addresses, ICQ numbers and locations.

Where email addresses have been provided
to CCM Owners Group we will occasionally send emails regarding site updates and
competitions. If you do NOT wish to receive these emails you can request to be
